Metinvest has lost control over Azovstal and Mariupol Ilyich Iron and Steel Works and cannot continue their manufacturing activity because of the city occupation by Russia, but it is still selling their products amassed at the warehouses before the war.
The group also continues to struggle with Russian theft of metal, as it tries to transport 234 thousand tons from Mariupol.
Metinvest warehouses and distribution centers in Ukraine and other European countries still contain some metal made by the enterprises before February 24. All this metal, with the corresponding marking and documents, is available for sale. (Ukrainian metal)
