This year, Krivoy Rog Iron Ore Industrial Complex intends to increase production of iron ore with the iron content of 58.94% by 8.6% YoY, to 4.67 million tons.
It also plans to extract 5.47 million tons of iron ore with the iron content of 56.25%, up by 22%.
In particular, the Oktyabrskaya mine has to yield 1.16 million tons, Rodina – 1.46 million tons, Gvardeyskaya – 850 thousand tons and Ternovaya – 1.16 million tons.
In 2021, KZhRK produced 4.3 million tons of ore, up by 12.8% YoY. (Ukrainian metal)
