The co-founder of Privat Group Igor Kolomoyskiy has sold his part in the statutory capital of Kriviy Rih Iron Ore Industrial Complex.
The new shareholder is now a Russian “thief in law” Mikhail Voyevodin called Misha Luzhnetskiy. He is the chief beneficiary of VS Energy, which in Ukraine owns five regional energy suppliers, a part of Dneprospetsstal, a number of hotels and malls.
Earlier it was believed that KZHRK was owned by oligarchs Rinat Akhmetov and Igor Kolomoyskiy. Each had a share of 50%. (Ukrainian metal)
