On January 28, Uzmetkombinat, the largest ferrous metals producer in Uzbekistan, finalized a deal to buy 51% of shares of Li Da Metall Technology LLC.
The deal was financed from the company own funds.
Li Da Metall Technology is situated in Akhangaran. It was launched in 2020 by a Chinese investor. The company produces A400-A500 rebars. The capacity of the company is 200 thousand tons per year.
In 2021, Uzmetkombinat produced 1.08 million tons of metal, up by 6.5% YoY. (Ukrainian metal)
