A plant to produce pipes for oil and gas industries has been launched in Mangystau region.
This is the first plant in Kazakhstan to produce steel pipes of small and medium diameter (up to 530 mm).
The capacity is around 700 km of pipes per year.
Investments in the project amounted to 5 billion tenge.
200 new jobs have been created. (Ukrainian metal)
