Interpipe Niko Tube has completed an investment project to create its own manufacture of cold-drawn pipes with the diameter of 21 to 32 mm.

Trial batches have already been produced and the company has started fulfilling the first order.

Small-diameter cold-drawn pipes are one of the directions in developing sales of pipes for machine-building. There is demand for such pipes, while offer is very limited.

Interpipe used to fulfill such orders in cooperation, but will now make them on its own.

Investment in the new mill amounted to $1 million.

Interpipe will be able to produce around 100 tons of cold-drawn pipes of small diameter per month. (Ukrainian metal)
