A rope of the transportation cabin has broken off at the Red Partizan mine situated in the so-called Lugansk People’s Republic, a terrorist organization created and supported by Russia.
According to preliminary information, 9 miners perished.
There were 25 people in the cabin, when the accident happened.
The rope broke off, when the cabin with the second shift miners was being hauled back from the shaft. A security system for such cases did not work. (Ukrainian metal)
