The State Expertise Service of Russia has approved the design documentation for the project to develop the Murtykty deposit in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
The deposit was discovered in 1980. It is one of the largest gold deposits in the whole South Urals.
Bashkirskaya Gold-mining Company has been the owner of the license to develop the deposit since 2017.
Output is expected to reach 300 thousand tons of ore per year. (Ukrainian metal)
