In January-February, the world steel output amounted to 314.99 million tons, up by 6.64% YoY.
According to Worldsteel, China is the traditional leader with 174.99 million tons produced, up by 12.9%. China’s share in the world output is 55.6%.
Ukraine decreased steel manufacture by 1.1%, to 3.51 million tons, securing the 12th place among 62 countries. (Ukrainian metal)
