The Commercial Court of Dniepropetrovsk region has declared concluded an addendum to the agreement on the lease of a land plot between Sukhaya Balka and Krivoy Rog City Council.
The agreement was concluded on March 10, 2016.
According to the agreement, Sukhaya Balka paid 1.7 million UAH per year for the land plot of 59 ha used by its Mine named after Frunze.
The addendum decreases the amount of payment to 510 thousand UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
