Azerbaijan increased export of gold by 24.2% YoY in January-September.
The country exported gold worth $150 million, up by $29.2 million.
Azerbaijan exported gold worth $25.8 million in September, up by $12.7 million.
Gold mining in Azerbaijan is currently carried out by two companies – AzerGold CJSC, which accounts for 51% in Azerbaijan’s gold output, and Anglo Asian Mining PLC with 49%. (AzerNews/Ukrainian metal)
