In October, metal companies received 271.5 thousand tons of scrap, up by 16% YoY.
In January-October, deliveries dropped by 11.9%, to 2.3 million tons.
The largest scrap consumers in October were Metinvest enterprises and Dneprovsky Iron and Steel Combine – 159.9 thousand tons, up by 11.1%, Interpipe Steel – 50.4 thousand tons, up by 30.6%, and ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih – 38.5 thousand tons, down by 38.9%. (Ukrainian metal)
