In January-October, Ukraine decreased steel output by 5.3% YoY, to 17.02 million tons.
Rolled metal manufacture dropped by 2.2%, to 15.2 million tons, and pig iron – by 1.1%, to 16.9 million tons.
In 2019, Ukraine produced 20.85 million tons of steel, 18.2 million tons of rolled metal and 20.06 million tons of pig iron, all down by 1.2%, 0.9% and 2% YoY respectively. (Ukrainian metal)
