Bulgaria was the largest importer (193.4 thousand tons), followed by China (127.6 thousand tons), Saudi Arabia (98 thousand tons), the Dominican Republic (87.7 thousand tons) and Peru (81.6 thousand tons).
On the domestic market DMK sold billets the most – 72% of total sales, or 974.6 thousand tons, with wire rod accounting for 11%, or 150.9 thousand tons, and rebars – 6%, or 84.1 thousand tons.
