In January-March, Ukraine transported 61 thousand tons of metal cargo via the Dnepr River, down by 22.7% YoY.

January accounted for the main volume of transportation. In February, transportation was suspended because of the repair at the Kakhovka sluice.

The operation of the sluice resumed on March 10.

In 2019, metal cargo transportation along the Dnepr River grew by 32.9% YoY, to 1.7 million tons. (Ukrainian metal)
