Non-Ferrous Metals Processing Works (Donetsk region) has postponed its annual shareholders meeting scheduled for April 15 for a later date.
In 2019, the company received a net profit of 44.43 million UAH, as opposed to a net loss of 25.906 million UAH in 2018.
Current liabilities decreased by 9%, to 849.284 million UAH and fixed liabilities – by 43%, to 7.416 million UAH.
Accounts receivable dropped by 0.5%, to 281.570 million UAH.
Assets decreased by 1.3%, to 410.248 million UAH.
ZOTsM is the only company in Ukraine producing flat and rolled copper, alloys and other metal. Its capacities amount to 120 thousand tons of round and flat rolled metal, as well as 60 thousand tons of copper rolled wire. (Ukrainian metal)
