In March, Zaporizhstal produced 355.8 thousand tons of pig iron, 300.8 thousand tons of steel and 233.6 thousand tons of rolled metal, all down by 8.1%, 15.5% and 21.8% YoY respectively.
The decrease is due to a number of capital repairs of the blast furnace No. 5, as well as mills 1150 and 1680.
In Q1, Zaporizhstal produced 1125.8 thousand tons of pig iron, up by 0.9% YoY, 959.7 thousand tons of steel, down by 6.4%, and 797.6 thousand tons of rolled metal, down by 9.2%. (Ukrainian metal)
