While merging with Magadanmetallotorg, Susumanzoloto has increased its statutory capital by 5.249 million rubles.
Prior to this the company capital was 5.220 million rubles.
One ruble corresponds to one ordinary share. Thus, during the merge the number of shares increased by 28999 pieces.
In 2019 Susumanzoloto net profit totaled 3.139 billion rubles, up by 52% YoY. The company extracted 6103.8 kg of gold. (Ukrainian metal)
