Russia’s aluminum exports decreased by 42.8% YoY, to 115,800 tons in January, the Federal Customs Service said on March 11.

In monetary terms, aluminum exports fell by 39.7%, to $209.2 million in the period.

Copper exports increased by 35%, to 59,600 tons worth $351.2 million, up by 33.7%.

Nickel exports fell by 27.2%, to 8,500 tons with the cost falling by 17.3%, to $112.2 million. (Prime/Ukrainian metal)
