Ukraine: state coal enterprise to be created

The minister of energy and environment protection Alexei Orzhel has signed a decree to create a state-owned enterprise Ukrugol.

The enterprise will be based in Kyiv.

Orzhel will supervise the process. (Ukrainian metal)
