Mednogorsk Copper and Sulfur Works has purchased railway scales valued at some 8 million rubles.
The scales have been placed on the railway truck between the raw materials and charge preparation shop and the briquetting shop.
The equipment will be used to measure the weight of railroad transport means loaded with cargo.
The scales will improve railroad logistics and help save several dozen tons of diesel fuel per year. (Ukrainian metal)
