In January-September Mednogorsk Copper-Sulfur Works produced 35366 tons of raw copper, up by 9.6% from the target.
Next year the copper-smelting shop will undergo a reconstruction.
In particular it is planned to repair and modernize the Pobeda smelting machine and construct the second stage of the oxygen plant.
In order to reconstruct the sulfur acid manufacture the works will construct a sulfur acid warehouse with the capacity of 12 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
