Polyus Aldan, a unit of the Russian gold producer Polyus, has won a 15-year license to develop the Somnitelnoye gold field in the republic of Yakutia with a 12.76-million ruble bid, according to the results of the auction.
The deposit is located 25 kilometers off the city of Aldan and has C1 reserves of 1.254 tons. (Prime/Ukrainian metal)
