In November Ukraine produced over 2.75 million tons of coal, down by 8% from the target, the Coal Miners Union of Ukraine reported 2 with a reference to the data provided by the Energy and Coal Industry Ministry.
“In November coal mining enterprises of Ukraine of all forms of ownership produced 2,754,546 tons of coal. The plan was fulfilled by 92%,” reads the report.
In particular, the mines subordinated to the Energy and Coal Industry Ministry produced 308,348 tons of coal, or 70% of the plan, down by 126,452 tons. (Ukrinform/Ukrainian metal)
