In September Russia imported 89.1 thousand tons of manganese ore and concentrate, up by 6% MoM, but down by 37% YoY.
Deliveries from the South Africa dropped from 33.7 thousand tons to 28.6 thousand tons, and from Kazakhstan – by 42%, to 11.2 thousand tons.
At the same time imports from Gabon grew by 61%, to 48.5 thousand tons.
In 9 months imports totaled 809 thousand tons, down by 9.6% YoY.
In monetary terns since the start of the year imports have decreased by 24%.
Import price in September fell by 3%, to $234 per ton. (Ukrainian metal)
