Interpipe is noting the outflow of qualified personnel.
According to the group CFO Denis Morozov, following the Interpipe TechFest in October the situation with technical personnel did not change.
“There is an outflow, especially of the key qualified personnel. We are losing these jobs. There are fewer problems with less qualified personnel. But it is with the key jobs that we notice the outflow”, he said.
The company is attracting new employees.
“We have to prepare young people, to make them more interested in machines. Moreover, I’m sure, the future of our country and of the whole world is with machines. Computers and IT are good things, but they can’t conquer space on their own. They are only a tool for this. Without machines the world can’t move”, Morozov declared. (Ukrainian metal)
