Rusal has issued ruble bonds with the volume of 15 billion rubles, with maturity in 10 years and an offer in 3 years.
The coupon rate was record-low for the company – 7.45%.
So far this year Rusal has issued bonds for 60 billion rubles. Each issue saw its coupon rate falling – from 9% in April to 7.45% in November. (Ukrainian metal)
