Prospectors have discovered a new promising gold-quartz-sulfide and gold-quartz Baukomskaya field in the mountainous parts of the Zakkadon River valley in the Republic of North Osetia – Alania.
The R3 reserves on the area of 18 square km are estimated at 213 tons with gold content of 1.78 g per ton.
The R1 potential could reach 15 tons and R2 – 60 tons. (Ukrainian metal)
