Raspadskaya Coal Company has published preliminary results for Q3 and January-September.
Coal output in July-September decreased by 8% QoQ, to 3 million tons.
Output at the Raspadsky pit decreased by 30%, but at the Raspadskaya-Koksovaya mine grew by 6%.
Raspadskaya mine increased output by 1%.
Coal concentrate sales went up by 2%, including a growth of 16% on the domestic market and a drop of 3% on export markets.
In 9 months coal output totaled 10.1 million tons, up by 21% YoY.
Raspadskaya-Koksovaya mine increased output by 7%.
Coal concentrate sales grew by 17%, to 6.3 million tons – up by 6% on domestic market and by 22% on export markets.
The share of coal concentrate export in sales totaled 72%, or 4.5 million tons, of which Asian-Pacific Region accounted for 72% and other destinations, including Europe, – 28%. (Ukrainian metal)
