In July-September Ukraine drastically decreased exports of steel products to US – 2.6-fold QoQ.
According to the Customs Service, the exports totaled 32.1 thousand tons as opposed to 84.1 thousand tons.
In August Ukraine exported a mere 2.6 thousand tons to US.
The main reason of the decrease was the introduction of a 25% import duty. (Ukrainian metal)
