In March, Kazakhstan increased exports of steel to Russia by 60% MoM, almost 2-fold compared with January, but decreased by 25% YoY, to 125.3 thousand tons.

In Q1 deliveries dropped by 37% YoY, to 263 thousand tons.

Alloyed flat steel accounted for 81% of all exports, down by 41.5%, including steel plates – 63%, down by 30%.

Coated steel accounted for 41%, and pipes – 13%, up by 4%. (Ukrainian metal)
