3 new generation locomotives have joined the Stoylensky Mining and Processing Works railroad fleet.

Their efficiency is 8% higher compared with previous models.

The new machines have been purchased under a program to increase ore mining and processing from 37 to 42 million tons per year.

All the locomotives have dump-cars with the capacity of 115 tons, which allows transporting more ore in one go.

By 2021 the GOK intends to have increased ore output to 42 million tons per year.

At present the enterprise operates 38 locomotives, including 4 new generation machines, purchased this year. (Ukrainian metal)
