The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has started reviewing the case on the purchase by Vesco Limited of Chasov Yar Refractory Works shares (Donetsk region).
As a result of the purchase the company will accumulate more than 50% of shares.
As of Q2, Zaporizhstal owned 24.99% of Chasov Yar Works shares. And the rest belonged to the family of the ex-Party of Regions member Vladislav Lukyanov.
Vesco Limited is a part of System Capital Management of Rinat Akhmetov. (Ukrainian metal)
