Russia’s aluminum exports increased by 11.3% YoY, to 2.116 million tons in January-August, the Federal Customs Service said.

In monetary terms, aluminum exports rose by 8.3%, to $3.586 billion in the period.

Copper exports remained flat at 441,400 tons worth $2.659 billion, down by 8.2%.

Nickel exports went down by 5.8%, to 85,100 tons with the cost contracting by 13.5%, to $1.066 billion. (Prime/Ukrainian metal)
