In January-September Azovstal Iron and Steel Works decreased rolled metal output by 5% YoY, to 2.883 million tons.
Steel manufacture dropped by 2.8%, to 3.079 million tons, and pig iron – by 10.3%, to 2.623 million tons.
In September Azovstal produced 318 thousand tons of rolled metal, 345 thousand tons of steel and 301 thousand tons of pig iron all down from 338 thousand tons, 379 thousand tons and 325 thousand tons in August respectively. (Ukrainian metal)
