Since the start of the year the Raspadskaya mine (a part of the Raspadskaya Coal Company) has extracted 5 million tons of coal, with 2 million tons extracted from site No. 1.
In April the site No. 1 was one of the first to mine 1 million tons of coal from the same breakage face. The second million was mined in 4.5 months.
The site No. 1 is developing long face 4-10-31 commissioned in September 2018. Its reserves are estimated at 3.5 million tons.
The site plans to mine one more million tons of coal until the end of the year. (Ukrainian metal)
