The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has approved a draft decree to implement licensing of uranium mining by the State Inspection of Nuclear Regulation.
The draft decree has been backed by 293 members of the parliament.
Now only processing and transportation of uranium ores are licensed. (Ukrainian metal)
