Until 2024 Norilsk Nickel will invest 700 billion rubles in the development of manufacture in the Norilsk industrial district in Krasnoyarsk region.
The Sulfur project will receive some 200 billion rubles.
The rest will be invested in the modernization of mines and processing factories.
The Sulfur project is the project to recycle sulfur dioxide at the Zapolyarniy subsidiary of Nornickel. (Ukrainian metal)
