Zaporizhstal has launched a system of “Mobile traffic lights” to monitor manufacturing processes.
The system started working in trial mode in the sheet hot-rolling shop. 2 thousand sensors have been installed to read 130 thousand parameters of machinery operation.
Now there is no need to fill in a lot of forms or to use computer to input data. Everything can be done after the check of the machinery with the help of a smartphone.
If the efficiency of the project is proven, the project will be implemented at other shops as well. (Ukrainian metal)
