In January-June industrial products sales grew by 5.4% YoY, to 1.28 trillion UAH.
305.1 billion UAH worth of products, or 27.4%, were exported.
According to the State Statistics Service, Ukraine sold 85.5 billion UAH worth of metallic ores, up by 23.5%, including 50.8 billion UAH exported, or 59.4%.
Pig iron, steel and ferroalloys sales dropped by 9.6%, to 159.8 billion UAH, including 106 billion UAH, or 66.3%, exported; steel pipes, hollow sections and fittings – 16.8 billion UAH, up by 3.7%, with 7.5 billion UAH, or 44.7%, exported, other products of primary steel processing – 4.9 billion UAH (+7.3), with 0.96 billion UAH, or 19.3%, exported.
Ukraine also sold finished metal wares, apart from machinery and equipment, for 22.8 billion UAH (+12.4%), including 5.7 billion UAH, or 25.1%, for export. (Ukrainian metal)
