The Commercial court of appeals has ruled to recover from ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih the debt for the land lease.
The company was not paying full land lease in 2017-2018.
The court ruled to recover the debt from one of the four sites.
The next session of the court will be held on September 9. (Ukrainian metal)
