The Arbitrary court of the Krasnodar region has started a bankruptcy procedure at the Krasnodar Metal Structures Works.
The case was initiated by SBK-Retail claiming the recovery of 1.4 billion rubles.
In 2011 KZMK borrowed 1.2 billion rubles from Sberbank to finance modernization. Later the bank sold its rights to SBK-Retail.
In 2017 KZMK revenue reached 1.7 billion rubles, and profit – 20.3 million rubles. (Ukrainian metal)
