On June 21 the TMK board of directors held a meeting.
Dmitry Pumpyanskiy has been appointed the chairman.
The board also decided to elect Igro Korytko CEO, who had previously been deputy general manager on efficiency management.
Alexander Shiryaev, the previous CEO, will continue working in the company as a member of the council.
Moreover the following members of the board were elected: Igor Korytko, Denis Nesterov, Vyacheslav Popkov, Vladimir Oborskiy, Tigran Petrosyan, Andrey Zimin and Sergey Chikalov.
Korytko started working with TMK in August 2018. Before that he has been working at Mechel and its daughter companies as well as in Petrostal. (Ukrainian metal)
