In January-March silver output in Russia decrease by 10.9% YoY, to 223.28 tons.

The drop is due to the decrease of secondary silver deliveries to refining works – by 34%, to 47.93 tons.

At the same time silver extraction remained almost on the previous level – 99.2 tons.

Output of accompanying silver did not change and totaled 76.15 tons.

The main suppliers of silver in Q1 were Magadan region and the Chukotka Autonomous District. (Ukrainian metal)
