In January-April, Russia produced 20.4 million tons of rolled metal, up by 0.2% YoY, and 17.1 million tons of pig iron, down by 1.1%.
In April output dropped by 4.9% MoM and by 4.1% YoY as well as by 3.2% MoM and by 3.5% YoY respectively.
Pipe companies decreased output by 2.6% YoY in 4 months, to 4 million tons. In April pipe manufacture fell by 2.6% YoY and by 5.5% MoM. (Ukrainian metal)
