In April, Kazakhstan produced 0.389 million tons of steel, up by 7.7% YoY.
In 4 months output dropped by 0.2%, to 1.524 million tons.
According to the Ministry of the National Economy, the manufacture of rolled metal decreased by 20% in April, to 0,211 million tons, and by 40.7%, to 0.602 million tons in January-April.
Ferroalloys producers increased output by 5.5% in April, to 0.177 million tons, and by 6.7% in 4 months, to 0.707 million tons. (Ukrainian metal)
