In January-February domestic consumers received 555.9 thousand tons of rolled metal, with 186.9 thousand tons, or 33.6% imported.
In January-February 2018, domestic market consumed 663.1 thousand tons, of which 193.1 thousand tons, or 29.1% were imported.
Thus, this year metal consumption dropped by 16.2%, with imports down by 3.2%.
Most metal was supplied from the CIS countries (54.4%), followed by EU (18.2%) and Asia (17.9%). (Ukrainian metal)
