The owners of the manufacturing company DIA and the pipe works Profil-Akras decided to merge companies into the United company Akras DIA.
The first products are expected to be produced from April 1.
The new company will honor agreements of the previous two companies.
At the same time, only steel pipes manufacture will be merged.
DIA will still be producing PE and PP pipes on its own. (Ukrainian metal)
