Dneprovsky Iron and Steel Works will host an extraordinary meeting of the shareholders on February 25.
The meeting will start at 10 a. m.
DMZ manufactures steel, pig iron, rolled metal and wares.
In 2011 it was merged with Dneprokoks. (Ukrainian metal)
