Members of the parliament Andrey Lugovoy, Irina Guseva, Sergey Kryuchek and Boris Paykin have submitted to the State Duma the draft bill to limit cash payments when accepting scrap of ferrous and non-ferrous metals from the population.
The document provides for the mandatory non-cash payment when the scrap valued over 10 thousand rubles is purchased.
At the same time, the total amount of cash payments to one individual could not exceed 50 thousand rubles per month.
The draft bill is expected to improve the scrap procurement sphere. (Ukrainian metal)
